We have developed and built over 40 projects in the town of Jackson, Teton County Wyoming, Idaho and Lincoln county Wyoming. From condominiums to luxury homes and commercial development we have successfully gone through the town and county building and planning process to provide housing and opportunity for buyers and investors.
A 5 acre parcel that was divided into 16 single family lots and 4 twin home lots on the East side of Jackson . Views of the Tetons and quite location. Plated subdivision, put in roads and utilities.
A multifamily lot based at the base of Snow King Resort. 9 units were constructed on the site which allow for short term rental. Units have a mountain modern design, balcony, rooftop deck and underground parking.
2 town lots in West Jackson which allowed for 8 units to be built on the property. 8 -2 bedroom 2 bath units were built on site.

8 multi family lots were built with a single family home and 2 accessory units located on the East side of Jackson.
85 acre parcel located behind the Snake River dike. This was subdivided into 12 single family lots which allowed for ponds and streams nestled in the trees with privacy yet close to Teton Village and Wilson Wyoming .
The last remaining parcel of the Rafter J subdivision . This parcel was subdivided , roads put in and utilities for 22 single family lots.
First development in Jackson. Subdivided and plated 20 acre parcel into 48 townhome units with 2 and 3 bedrooms, one car garage and views of the Tetons, located north of Jackson .
